Rachel is fantastic! She was the buyer's agent on one of our listings and as a Transaction Coordinator who deals with a lot of agents, she is everything I wish all agents were. Our listing had multiple offers presented over time, but Rachel worked to get her clients to present the best offer and get them into their new home. I've bought and sold many homes, but Rachel has been by far the greatest realtor partner I've worked with. She has the composure and confidence of an executive, while remaining personable, approachable, and constantly available. Rachel provided us with an outstanding initial evaluation of our home, arranged all of the work to get it list-ready, brought in her team of experts to help stage and photograph the home, then expertly marketed the property through normal channels as well as her network built over years in the industry. In the end, it was her network that landed us a buyer, with an above-asking-price offer. She helped them select another realtor to represent them in the process to avoid any conflict of interest, and continued to work on our behalf, negotiating tricky (and in normal transactions, emotional) hurdles. She kept us constantly apprised of key information without venting to us all of the frustrations that go along with the administrative tedium of a real estate transaction. In selling our home, Rachel was simply perfect - not a single complaint on her marketing, positioning, valuation, negotiation, or communication. Truly 10/10, would recommend! Rachel also represented us as buyers. She made herself available and was patient with us as we explored a pretty broad range of properties and locations as we worked through figuring out precisely what we wanted. When the time came to make an offer, she walked us through the options available to protect ourselves, and once again provided the inspection company and other experts we needed to make an informed decision with minimal risk. She also connected us with a lender who was excellent to work with, and continued to manage relationships all around the transaction, which she perfectly leveraged to our advantage. We were ultimately able to obtain a beautiful estate property in need of some updates at a dramatically reduced price from listing, expedited the closing, and gained a number of valuable concessions from the seller that further enhanced both our experience of moving in and our financial position. The improvements she negotiated on the property for us were worth more than the total commission we paid selling our home. If you love stress, anxiety, dramatic outbursts, confusion, and chasing people down, look elsewhere. If you want a peaceful transaction where you can totally trust your agent to advise you while working behind the scenes to optimize every aspect of your transaction, you can't do better than Rachel.

Rachel was referred to us from some friends that highly recommended her. Rachel sold our home for us 5 years ago. Before we even put it on the market she took the time to walk through each room and gave us advice on how to make minor improvements that would make a difference when staging. I've worked with Rachel on many real estate transactions. Compared to other realtors she is hands down the best in the business. Her knowledge of the market, the mortgage process, and end to end closing process is unusual. I've not ever worked with someone that truly becomes an advisor. Most realtors go through the motions. Rachel doesn't. She's is all in from the initial meeting to beyond closing. I've referred many family and friends to her.
